Not much has happened since the last post. My friend came over yesterday, and after a few too many glasses of wine (oops) I never made yesterdays post. Our 3 yr. old has been fighting a little cold, and it's been a rainy week. Between those two obstacles we spent a lot of time indoors, which we usually don't do. I have to admit that I'm feeling a little tired today. Maybe not tired but exhausted. Bottom line: it's wearing to hear somebody whine at you all day.
On a good note it was much easier than usual to remain patient, and to remember that she's only 3 and not feeling so great . It was defiantly a tough week, and as usual I'm looking forward to the weekend. Here's to hoping that she sleeps in extra late tomorrow :) I hope I'm not losing my extra bursts of energy and it was just a long day. One thing for sure is I'll keep you posted!

Day 20
Well it's been twenty days, and I am now back to the original recommended dosage. Which is three capsules in the morning and three in the afternoon. For a day or two I took all of the vitality in the morning, but I decided that it was more my style to just take a few at a time. My energy level is still great, and I'm sleeping like a baby again. I'm not sure why people use that saying anyway. Anybody who has kids knows that babies wake up crying every few hours. That is not the case with me. I've been sleeping through the entire night :) It takes me a minute (literally) before I'm ready to jump out of bed, maybe because I am staying up later now. It's very nice to see all of the things I can accomplish in one day, and still feel great at the end of the night. Who knew?

Day 19
Well it's been another rainy day. Here in San Diego, a few rainy days in a row can start to make people stir crazy. It doesn't take long to get used to going outside anytime that you want. You may not feel bad for me if you don't live in San Diego, but if you are familiar with the area, you know that the living space is small. It doesn't take long for stir crazy people to start tripping over each other. On this particular evening I had the pleasure of hosting two "energetic" stir crazy preschoolers. Usually, they will start fighting over toys, and I take them outside to run the dog around the block a few times. Tonight that wasn't a option. Tonight we had to burn a lot of energy in a small space. I think it's safe to say my "happy buzz" was a life saver tonight. By the time I looked at the clock it was almost time for our little guest to leave. We had fun, and it was nice to have the energy and patience to enjoy the evening instead of counting down the minutes.

Day 18
I keep playing with the dosage amount that is right for me. It seems that most people are fine with the 3 and 3. Right now the dosage that I'm taking is 5 capsules in the morning. Everything is working great with that dosage so far. I know it all takes a few days to adjust, but I feel amazing all day, and I'm sleeping great all night. What else can a girl ask for? I'm getting more and more fired up about this product. I'm ready to shout it from the roof top. The way my daily routine has changed is worth so much to me. Dare I say that so far this product has changed my quality of life? Up until today I can say, it has. I really hope that the energy level stays up where it is right now. The best part about this product is that it's slowing the aging of my brain, heart and muscles.

Day 16
Some well deserved family time today! What a wonderful way to spend the day. We went to the fall festival at PLNU (Point Loma Nazarene University) It is this beautiful campus that is overlooking the pacific ocean. They had all kinds of fun family stuff to do. Llama rides, face painting, pumpkin patch and many many more fun activities. We were there all afternoon, and it was the perfect day for it. A little overcast and cool. When we got home it was 2 hours past our daughters nap time. We still put her down as soon as we got home, but instead of the usual crash.... something magical happened. My husband and I had this wonderful talk about our lives and our dreams. Wow, is this what we have been sleeping through all this time? What a wonderful way to spend our Saturday afternoon. We had a fun "family"day, but to spend so much quality time with my husband was unexpected. It was so nice to not be totally wiped out after a "family" outing. ;o)

Day 15
Hello Friday!
I am so ready to greet the weekend. Every day this week has been filled up at almost every given minute. My husbands schedule has been the same way too. So, I'm defiantly looking forward to some family and friend time this weekend. On my last blog I talked about lowering my dosage to 3 vitality a day. I felt great, until Day 14. I defiantly noticed a drop in my mood. Everything became a chore again. I noticed my-self walking up the steps to put the laundry away, just exhausted and overwhelmed with all of the other things I should have been doing. I thought to myself, "I do not miss this feeling at all, just yesterday I was happily running up and down the steps a million times a day!" So thankfully the morning of day 14, I increased to 4 capsules, and notice a difference already.
Today, I've noticed a lift in my spirit and energy level again. I just sent a e-mail to my friend, and I told her: "I wish I could put into words; the difference vitality has made for me in my daily life". That is really how I feel today. I feel so grateful to have come across something that can change my daily life the way ageLOC vitality has.

Day 12
They just keep getting better! I feel absolutely amazing! All of that stuff that you sometimes have to cram into a day is no problem now. I can just keep going. As a matter of fact, I can't wait to get up and go for a walk. I don't need to sit down and take a break, or nap. At night time I'm here blogging instead of falling asleep on the couch. I've become more inspired by hearing from friends and family member's who purchased a bottle, and it's the same story. They just can't believe it. If you are reading this blog, just stop already and e-mail me, I will get you a bottle. For only $50 bucks a month, everybody should treat themselves!!!
